Multibridge

Multibridge Community Centre is a fully incorporated community-focused not-for-profit that works closely with FGAM. Multibridge’s core objective is to engage with the local communities and create avenues for interaction and collaboration with the ultimate goal of strengthening the social fabric that ties us all together.

Previous project collaborations include the Whitehorse Community Fair held on the grounds of Kingswood College, Box Hill. This popular event attracted over 1,000 people each year and offered a large range of affordable, fun activities, including arts and crafts, exotic food, fun opportunities and carnival games for kids. Other past initiatives have included conducting Conversational English Classes (CEC), scrapbooking for migrants documenting their journeys in Australia, and being involved in Emergency Response through VCC EM.

Multibridge also collaborates with FGAM in raising funds for the annual Philippines Medical Mission Trip (PMMT). Annually since 2013, PMMT has brought between 30 and 50 medical and support volunteers from around Australia to the Philippines to provide medical, optical and dental aid to those in need. These clinics have touched over 10,000 lives so far.
